About inspection: How do we inspect the wiring harness?
1. Appearance: It is not allowed to expose the core due to damage to the wire
2. Size; use steel ruler to control according to drawings
3. Electrical: Conduct continuity test with a harness tester in accordance with the drawings
4. Tinning/tinning: make sure that the tinning is smooth, there is no tinning, no yellowing and black lines, etc.; and soldering can not be soldered or stranded
5. Core wire; use a steel ruler to measure the length of the core wire with tin and other core wires with tin length less than the tolerance
6. Use one-to-one styling inspection for styling products. Acetate cloth cannot be put on the housing
7. Misalignment: confirm the line sequence according to the drawing requirements
8. Housing pin hole detects whether the housing pin hole is deformed
9. Tinned wire: There is no whitening of the tinned wire at both ends, but whitening is found. Use anhydrous alcohol to clean it.
